Sharing the Spirit of Christmas Through Generosity and Solidarity
The holiday season is a time of giving, joy, and togetherness—and at the Bukidnon Plantation Service Cooperative, this spirit is brought to life through our annual Pamaskong Handog. This cherished event is our way of expressing gratitude to our hardworking members while bringing warmth and cheer to their families during the most festive time of the year.
Through this initiative, we offer not just gifts, but a shared experience that reminds every member they are seen, valued, and supported.
🎄 What is Pamaskong Handog?
Pamaskong Handog, which translates to “Christmas Offering,” is a Filipino tradition of giving back to the community during the holidays. For our cooperative, this takes the form of free goods distribution, including Noche Buena packages, groceries, and other household essentials—all handed out with care and Christmas cheer.
Each year, hundreds of coop members line up with smiles on their faces, knowing that this season, their cooperative is looking out for them not just financially, but emotionally and socially.
🧺 What's Inside the Gift Packs?
Each package typically includes:
Rice, canned goods, pasta, and sauces
Christmas treats and beverages
Household items or hygiene essentials
A personal message of gratitude from the cooperative
These goods are selected not just for practicality, but for their ability to bring families together around the dinner table, helping make their celebrations more joyful and complete.

🤝 A Gesture of Thanks and Community
Pamaskong Handog is more than just a giveaway. It’s a symbolic act of solidarity and appreciation. It reminds our members that no matter the challenges they face throughout the year, they belong to a cooperative that honors their efforts and celebrates their presence.
“Sa Pamaskong Handog, hindi lang regalo ang naibibigay—kundi malasakit, pagmamahal, at tunay na diwa ng Pasko.”
🎉 Strengthening Bonds, One Gift at a Time
By celebrating the holidays together, we reinforce the bonds between members, staff, and families. This event continues to be a highlight on the cooperative’s calendar, building a stronger, more compassionate community each year.
We believe that when we give with joy, we multiply hope—and that’s the kind of spirit we want to carry into the new year.
